WEST BERLIN, N.J. — A 1998 game-used Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey from his last regular season game sold for $173,240 in a Goldin Auctions sale that ended Nov. 15. The bidding rose to the hammer price in 17 bids. A pair of worn and signed Jordan game shoes from 1996 sold for $34,160. Meanwhile, Jerry Lucas’s personal 50th Greatest NBA Players lithograph sold for $80,500; Keith Hernandez’s own New York Mets World Series trophy from 1986 sold for $51,240.
Among other items that sold were:
- Derek Jeter’s game-used and signed uniform from the game in which he tied Honus Wagner on the all-time hit list, for $20,740
- Mike Trout’s game-used and signed bat to hit his 30th home run from 2014, when he won the league’s MVP award, for $19,520; and
- Omar Brown’s Super Bowl championship ring with the Baltimore Ravens in 2012, for $43,920.
