Full run of All-Star game tickets

DALLAS — A complete run of baseball All-Star Game tickets, from 1933 to 2016, is on the block in Heritage Auctions’ Aug. 19-20 sale. This lot of 137 tickets is from a single collector and includes tickets from all Home Run Derby and workout events. There are duplicates from the games from 1959 through 1962. Heritage’s Chris Ivy calls the full ticket example of the inaugural 1933 game as “one of the hobby’s true Holy Grails, though the untorn 1935 is rarer still.” The lot carries an estimate of $150,000.ASGtix
