1992 Cowboys Super Bowl ring: $15,440

LAS VEGAS — A 1992 Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl ring sold for $15,440 in an auction organized by Richard Albersheim. The sale ended June 7. The ring was owned by Curvin Richards. A cut signature by football hall of famer Joe Carr sold for $9,703. Two signed contracts also drew attention among bidders. A middleweight fight contract for the battle between Marvin Hagler and Sugar Ray Leonard sold for $6,625; a 1931 contract for Bronko Nagurski, also signed by George Halas, did not sell. A signed contract between Mike Tyson and Alfonzo Ratliff in 1986 sold for $1,740. Jim Kelly’s 1986-’87 contract with the Houston Gamblers of the USFL sold for $1,133.
